Time-boxed work routine

Pomodoro Focus Timer

Configure a repeating focus-and-break schedule, then start, pause, skip, or reset the active phase. Sound and browser notification controls are optional; completed focus blocks are counted locally.

Set focus and break intervals that fit the work you actually plan to do.

History

No history yet.

This is a scheduling aid, not a concentration test. A completed block means the countdown reached its transition; the page does not observe what happened during that time.

Choose intervals that fit the task and accessibility needs rather than treating 25 minutes as a required or medically optimal value.

Focus, Short Break, and Long Break Transitions

The configured focus phase alternates with short breaks until the selected cycle count reaches a long break. Pause preserves the remaining time, skip advances immediately, and reset returns the active schedule to its start.

Browser background throttling, device sleep, and closed tabs can affect notification timing. Keep an external deadline source for time-critical work.

What a Completed Block Records

The local summary counts finished focus intervals and their configured duration. It does not measure distraction, work quality, task completion, or mental effort.

Sound and Notification Permissions

Sound plays only when enabled. Browser notifications require permission controlled by your browser and operating environment; denying permission does not prevent the timer itself from running.

Local Schedule Settings

Timer settings and recent focus-block history remain in this browser. Clearing site data resets them.
