Seven-day tool organizer
Select a goal label, time allowance, and difficulty label to arrange seven linked activities. Mark days complete in this browser or reset the plan whenever the schedule no longer fits.
Choose a practical goal to assemble a seven-day list of existing site tools.
The generator rotates a fixed set of site activities; it does not adapt from your scores or create a clinical, educational, or workplace program.
Goal, time, and difficulty are organization labels. They do not change every linked tool's internal settings, and completion means only that you checked the item.
The chosen goal changes the starting offset in a fixed rotation that includes breathing, visual search, rule conflict, ordered recall, Flanker, a timer, and the daily challenge. It is a deterministic organizer, not a recommendation engine.
The daily-time field appears in the saved plan header but linked tools may run shorter or longer depending on their own controls.
A checkmark is a manual note. The planner does not verify that the linked activity was opened, completed, or performed for the selected duration.
The schedule does not account for disability, health, school requirements, workload, or professional guidance. Edit or stop it whenever it is unhelpful.
The selected labels, seven links, and checkmarks are stored locally. Reset or clearing site data removes the plan.
