Breathing Focus Exercise

This is a simple relaxation and focus preparation tool, not medical advice or treatment.

The page provides timing cues only. It does not sense breathing, oxygen, stress, or focus, and completion is not a health measurement.

Box breathing includes holds, while 4–6 and 3–3 alternate inhale and exhale. Use normal comfortable breaths; do not force depth or duration.

Three Timing Patterns, Not Treatment Protocols

Box uses four equal phases: inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Calm uses a four-second inhale and six-second exhale. Quick reset uses equal three-second inhale and exhale phases.

These labels describe the interface presets and do not claim a clinical effect. Select another pace or stop if breath holding or timing causes discomfort.

Start, Pause, Reset, and Optional Sound

Start initializes the chosen total duration. Pause stops phase progress, and reset returns the remaining time. Sound is an optional cue and should not be relied on as a safety alert.

Comfort and Health Boundary

Stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, faint, or otherwise unwell. This general pacing tool is not medical advice, therapy, respiratory training, or an emergency resource.

Minimal Local State

The page keeps its basic controls and completed count in the current browser. It does not record microphone, camera, or physiological data.
