Date-based activity checklist
Use a five-item checklist assembled from breathing, Schulte, reaction, sequence, and symbol-board activities. Items rotate from the UTC date seed, and every completion mark is manual.
Complete the dated set of five short tasks in any order.

Despite the five-minute label in the interface, linked activities have their own durations and may take more or less time. The checklist does not enforce a combined duration.
The page records checkmarks, not cognitive performance or adherence. Its streak display is a lightweight local prompt rather than a verified training record.
The current UTC date creates a simple numeric seed that offsets a five-item pool. It does not consider past scores, preferences, time zone, or individual needs.
Repeated links can appear through the rotation. Opening a link does not automatically mark it complete; use Done only when that label is useful to you.
The copy control writes the challenge URL and date to the clipboard when browser permission allows. It does not publish results or include tool scores.
A day is added only after all five boxes are checked. Clearing storage, changing browsers, or using another device produces a separate record.
Checklist completion does not show attention improvement, readiness, productivity, or health. It is an organizer for optional site activities.
